3. Digital Info Products

We provide digital guides, courses, and tutorials focused on pet health, nutrition, and behavior. Upon purchase, access is granted immediately.

4. Goods

Our online store features physical pet care tools and accessories, including grooming kits, training aids, and health monitors.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of order. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout. Confirmation of your order occurs after full payment is received.

6. Reimbursement Policy

This section explains reimbursements, ship-back procedures, and scheduling options for our service types.

6.1 Live Services

Clients may request reimbursement up to 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or appointment. Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before without any additional charge. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation.

6.2 Digital Info Products

Digital guides and courses are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase if there has been no substantial access to content. To request, contact our team using the Customer Support Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Customers must initiate a ship-back request via our Customer Support Form. After inspection, we will issue reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on non-defective items. Defective goods will be replaced or reimbursed at our discretion.

6.4 Non-Reimbursable Items

Customized products and perishable goods are non-reimbursable due to their specialized nature. These items are clearly identified at purchase to help you make informed decisions.

7. Liability Limitations

Petvoria’s liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential outcomes.
